In IMPROVE Company, the Biomedical Engineer Center (BMEC) is a research institution and an arbitral agency of technology and quality, with an area of over 1,000 m2. At presently there are 40 full-time researchers, inclusive of 5 doctors, 9 masters and 12 senior engineers and 14 undergraduate assistants. It is composed of four parts: physical & chemical laboratory, active medical devices laboratory, passive medical products laboratory, medical diagnostic laboratory. Its main research area involves not only the improvement and optimization of present products and technologies, but also the research and development of new products and technologies on medical materials, IVD system, and standardized nursing operation flat and molecular biological products.
      IMPROVE BMEC has always kept close connection and cooperation with universities, scientific laboratories and foreign research organizations for mastery of updated and advanced information and technology. It follows and accords with the rules of ISO17025 and ISO 15189, guaranteeing that its procedural quality and ability can meet the requirements of company.
      IMPROVE BMEC is now taking every effort to build itself as a national engineer centre in the near future!
